Trading in the shares of Relais Group commenced on the official list of Nasdaq Helsinki on 1 December 2022.
The objective of the listing is to promote the implementation of the Company’s growth strategy, and the Company estimates that the listing will have a positive impact on its ability to make acquisitions by enabling the requisite financing. In addition, the Company estimates that the listing will increase awareness of the Company among customers, partners, potential acquisition targets and investors.
