Sustainability is an integral part of our daily operations. Through our business, we aim to extend the lifecycle of vehicles and support the transition towards lower-emission mobility solutions.

Our focus areas of sustainability

Environmental responsibility

Our business enables the reduction of the environmental impact of vehicle fleets. We are committed to taking environmental impacts into account in our own operations.

Social responsibility

We are committed to fostering the well-being and engagement of our personnel, ensuring equal opportunities, providing training and development, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Good governance

Solid business practices form the foundation of our operations. We are committed to maintain a company culture that emphasizes adherence to good governance principles and guidelines, alongside ensuring responsible supply chain management.

Our sustainability targets

In 2025, Relais set sustainability targets that we monitor at Group level.

The targets were set in relation to the environment, our people, and good governance.

Environment

Our target is to reduce Scope 1 and 2 greenhouse gas emissions by 90% by 2040.

People

Employee satisfaction index above 4 across the Group.

Good governance

Completion rate of the Code of Conduct training above 90%.

Governance model

The CEO is responsible for integrating the sustainable development targets into the company’s operations and strategy. The company’s CFO is responsible for sustainability reporting. The executive responsible for Legal, HR and Compliance is responsible for Group HR matters and compliance. Members of the Executive Management Team are responsible for implementing sustainability within their respective areas of responsibility in line with the company’s targets.

  • At Group level, sustainability management is governed by the subsidiary policy that guides Group governance.
  • The Group has a shared company-wide Code of Conduct policy.

Whistleblowing

Relais Group is committed to conduct business in an ethical manner and according to applicable laws, regulations, our Ethical Business Principles and our company values.

We have an independent channel for reporting unethical conduct.

Sustainability reporting

Relais has reported on its sustainability in accordance with the EU Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) since 2025.
